Financial Duties:
? Will report to the Financial manager and director
? Accounting according to company policies
? Manage debtors & creditors
? Asset management and payroll management
? Bank recons & liaising with banks
? Manage invoices, debtors & creditors
? Manage Local & foreign payments
? Budgeting & monthly reporting
? Taxation (income & provisional tax, PAYE, VAT, etc.)
? Assist with preparation of annual financial statements & assist with annual external audit

MINIMUM CRITERIA
? COMPLETED Financial / accounting qualification
? 3-4 years’ experience as financial accountant or similar position
? Non-negotiable: Pastel Accounting
? Computer literate in MS Office - Advanced Excel
? Experience in the property industry is beneficial
? Conveyancing experience would be advantageous
