? Insurance background preferable
? Experience on Pastel and SAP highly advantageous
? South African Citizen
? Own Transport
? Valid Driver’s License

Duties will include
Maintain the general ledger accounts by monitoring monthly journals:
- Depreciation journals
- Accruals
- Audit fees provisions
- Payroll journals

Accounts receivable
- Assisting with daily invoicing

Accounts payable
- Capturing AP invoices

Cash application
- Capturing cash books
- Following up on payments
- Top up of Credit Cards and Procards
- Monitoring cash flow requirements

Reconciliations
- Daily cash book reconciliations
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Asset register
- Updating company asset register
