Bookkeeping certificate



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping and office administration

MS Excel and Pastel knowledge and experience



Job Description:

Provide the preparation of creditor payment requisitions.

Ensure to collate supplier invoices for month-end processing and payments.

Actively scrutinize municipal invoices for exceptional charges and investigate accounts with the City of Cape Town.

Provide the loading of creditors and payments on an online banking profile.

Hands on capturing of levies invoices and municipal invoices.

Ensure the processing of supplier invoices and bank statements.

Focus on the preparation of finance draw documents and reconciliations to previous draws.

Ensure filing of bank statements, payment batches, invoices and other finance documents.
