Assistant Accountant
The responsibilities are (not limited to):
Reviewing all aspects of revenue billing (invoices, credit notes, surcharge)
Deal with escalated debtors queries and problems
Address queries with various divisions within the business
Preparation of Balance Sheet file
Processing Journal Entries
Various other administrative tasks
Reviewing/Preparation of monthly reconciliations
Assist with preparation of Annual Budget
Assist with internal and external audit requirements
Produce comprehensive, clear and accurate financial and management reports
Assist with cost analysis across different divisions
Suitable applicants must meet the following (minimum) requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance(BCom/CIMA/Certificate/Diploma)
Two years relevant accountancy experience that should include debtors
Proven track record of managing Debtors Book
