Key performance areas:

? Network and uncover viable business development opportunities for the company
? Thoroughly research new properties to be used for business development purposes in order to minimize risk
? Provide a persuasive and solid business case of a business development project to the operational management team
? Negotiate optimal lease agreements that are to the benefit of the company.

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a legal degree
? Experience within the Property Development Industry
? Commercial Property experience
? Previous experience in dealing with landlords
? Legal knowledge within the Properties industry
? Legal experience
? Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
? Must be a team player
? Strong negotiation skills
