Job Description:

To assist the Creditors Supervisor managing the department
Supervising and standing in when Creditors Supervisor is out of office
Review and approve all creditor tax invoices processed by clerks
Review creditors reconciliations
Liaise with creditors regarding outstanding queries and reconciliation issues
Load payments on bank
Normal creditors clerk duties (if needed)
Assist with preparations for audits

Qualifications:

Grade 12; diploma/certificate advantageous
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Experience in working on Pastel; Pastel Evolution advantageous
Previous experience in Creditors; Debtors advantageous
Previous experience of managing staff
