Mpumalanga - Leading country hotel with popular A la carte and Buffet Restaurant and Bar seeks young, dynamic assistant manager to join busy team with operational management of popular accommodation venue.

Minimum requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Tertiary qualifications preferred (Diploma in Hospitality management or similar)
Minimum of 4 years previous working experience within hotels or lodges in the capacity of Assistant Manager/ Duty manager or HOD.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Computer literate on MS Office suite.
Undendorsed drivers licence and own transport

Duties include:-

Supervision, co-ordination and management of range of departments including but not limited to F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Grounds and
back of house accounts.
Daily administration management pertaining to each department
Cash ups and related end of day procedures for bar and restaurant
Extensive Guest liaison
