Hospitality Management Diploma with further 3-4 years 5* Assistant Management experience in 5* Game Lodges required.

Strong Leadership skills required combined with experience and ability to train staff

Fully computer literate & excellent English communication skills required

Strong F/B. F/O, admin & housekeeping skills required.

The Couple will be in full control to manage the entire operation during the General Manager's absence.

High standard of service excellence and a passion for the industry

Excellent Guest Relations skills required.
