Assistant Manager Policy Development and Standards Generation
Our client is a Statutory Body and is looking for Assistant ManagerPolicy Development and Standards Generation to provide support to the Manager Policy Development in the Administration of policies, procedures and standards
Development of project plans for policy standards and procedures;
Development of operational plans and work flow processes;
Review of processes to improve the efficiency of the business unit;
Participation in the development of proposals for new initiatives;
Provision of administrative and secretarial support to established committees and working groups;
Participationin Stakeholder Relations engagements;
Researches and writes policy briefs;
Supervises staff.
Matric;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
Minimum 5years’ work experience with 2 years in Policy Development, Standards Generation and Stakeholder Relations;
Knowledge of legislation relating to the regulation of the Built Environment Professions will be an added advantage;
Verbal, written and presentation skills;
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite.
