Assistant Plan Marketing Co-ordinator.

Large Busy 4* Hotel - Sandton.

Create brand communication and development including awareness advertising, publicity
and promotions to stimulate brand identity.
Client and Guest management through both sales and marketing strategies.
Assist in compiling statistical reports.
Telesales / Acquisition calls, daily – as support to the sales team
Co-ordinate and facilitate site presentations.
Assist in compiling and doing ongoing maintenance of the hotel’s GUEST history databases
across all market segments in order for monthly marketing actions to be implemented.


Matric (grade 12)
2-3 years hotel experience in a similar role is required.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal is essential
Good planning and organisational skills
Computer literacy; MS Word, Excel, Power point, publisher
Knowledge of Opera PMS
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Ability to perform duties independently with minimum supervision
TEAM player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
Must be willing to work overtime and some weekends from time to time
Must be willing to travel from time to time
A highly analytical mind with the ability to pay attention to vast amounts of detail or a
prolonged period of time
Ability to work independently as well as with other departments/colleagues to achieve set
goals and deadlines
Admin orientated
Ability to Multi-task
Driver’s license

Salary R 12000.00 + benefits (Medical, Provident & Annual Bonus)
