Matric with a Hotel School Diploma. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 3 or 4 Star Hotel (5 Star and advantage) with good knowledge of Revenue Control, Night Audit functions and international housekeeping standards. Computer literacy in MS Office, OPERA, IDEAS & OTA. Must be prepared to work shifts.
