Duties:
Supervising a team of telemarketers
Motivating team targets
Initiating and participating in motivational team activities
Managing and training agents
Providing weekly and monthly management reports on agent performance

Requirements:
Matric
Clear ITC
Clear criminal record
Minimum 2 years Team Leader/Supervisory experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Positive thinker
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and the Internet
Well organised and target-driven
Passionate about sales
