Duties include the following
? Assisting Branch Manager to drive revenue, efficiency and implement cost control Assisting the BM with brand marketing and sales strategies implementation
? Assisting BM with driving recruitment business daily, weekly and monthly towards achieving projected targets and commitments
? Assisting BM to track progress towards achieving individual and team targets
? Ensuring communication style with clients demonstrates level of influence, facilitation and problem solving in order to enhance business relationships
? Assisting BM with Developing client and candidate database
? Assisting BM with ensuring ethical recruitment standards within the team and brand maintained (APSO guidelines)
? Assisting BM with use of poor performance management as a performance improvement methodology
