Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a strong Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the F&B running within this upmarket hotel restaurant. We are ideally looking for someone who has a Diploma or similar in Food and Beverage Operations and three years experience as a supervisor/ Assistant Restaurant Manager within a 4/5 star environment. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work within the team well while also managing your team in a positive manner. Ability to work with personal computer software programs such as Excel and Word is a must as well as being able to make decisions and be pro-active in your role.
