We would like to hear from enthusiastic, reliable and diligent chefs who are interested in developing their culinary range in a Latin themed restaurant in central Cape Town. We will consider candidates with experience and also well qualified recent graduates from good training institutions. Proficiency in all the basic kitchen skills is important along with work planning and the ability to learn new ingredient combinations and dishes. Our menu, including tapas, is quite long and frequently adjusted and we place great importance on the presentation of the food to our customers.
