A busy corporate hotel with 250 rooms, seeks a qualified (Hospitality / Hotel Management Diploma) and experienced hotel f&b beverage manager who is currently holding the position advertised and who has minimum 2 years experience in f&b management in 4-5* corporate or city hotels with over 200 rooms. Must be strong on in operations and have superior service skills. Opera and Micros essential. Applicants who do not have the above specific experience in hotels, will not be contacted or communicated with! No skype or telephonic interviews will be given and candidates must be able to attend an interview in person, at own expense.
