Fitting / counselling guidelines
Programming protocol
Follow-up
Checking h/aids for minor repairs as per spec file
Manual Invoices – test / hearing aid / repair / etc.
Report writing
Order HAIDs & Accessories
Follow up on Quotes within 2 weeks

Requirements
Must be fluent in Afrikaans & English (non-negotiable)
Excellent client relationship skills
Tertiary qualification in Speech Therapy and/ or Audiology
Registration with the Health Professional Council of SA
