Introduction
We are looking to hire a seasoned Sales Manager to head up our auto products sales department in Germiston.

MUST have more than 10 years experience as sales manager and leading and managing a large sales team.

Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the management of organizational sales by analyzing trends, developing business plans & meeting planned turnover targets.
You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Suitable Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
10+ Years of Sales Management Experience with a high turnover (R50 million plus per month)
10+ Years of Team Management Experience
10+ Years of Customer Relationship Management
10+ Years in planning & implementing sales strategies.
SAP Experience or any ERP system
MUST demonstrate analytical ability in various sales metrics, i.e. performance, competitors, product performance, salesfunnel, etc.

Package & Remuneration
Salary : R50K - R80K per month (based on experience)
