An International consultancy specialising in solutions for Work & Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), IT Service Management, and Property Portfolio Management, using IBM Maximo, IBM TRIRIGA and other associated technologies is looking for a hands-on individual with actual space planning and the related CAD and CAFM experience to be part of their dynamic team.

Remuneration:
R10k per month

Desirable & Essential Skills:
• Proficient usage of AutoCAD/ Archibus, Plannon Manhatten modules and any other systems/functionality existing and new highly advantageous
• Competent technical ability and capable of solving mathematical challenges using an analytical approach
• Cleaning data to load into our system
• Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive in maintaining personal development as the company evolves
• Ability to train the client and/or CAFM team for existing and new software/modules

CAD Responsibilities:
• Competent user of AutoCAD
• Proficient in the drawing practises such as layering, blocks and polylining
• Space Planning experience
• Understanding of the specific space standards and client requirements
• High level of accuracy, ensuring QA processes are adhered to
• Work completed within the specified client SLA to the agreed standard
