• QUALIFICATION (ENGINEERING /PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT OR QA)
• 5YEARS EXP IN AUTOMOTIVE ( PREF LEATHER)
• FULLY COMPETENT IN ISO 9001 , IATF 16949 + VDA 6 + CORE TOOLS
• PROVEN QMS AND PROCESS AUDITING SKILLS ( VDA6.3)
• EXCELLENT WRITTE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• HIGH LEVEL OF PROBLEM SOLVING AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS
The twofold purpose of this position is to ensure that the requirements of the quality management system for both ISO9001:2015 as incorporated in IATF16949:2016 is understood, implemented, maintained and improved. Secondly, that products produced by the company meet customer requirements and conforms to specification. This is achieved by ensuring that processes in which these parts are manufactured are controlled, monitored and continually improved.
QMS; IATF 16949:2016 & ISO9001:2015 and VDA6.3
• Coordinate the implementation of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Conduct system-, ISO 9001:2015; IATF16949:2016 as well as VDA 6.3 process audits.
• Establish gap analysis for transition from ISO/TS 16949:2009 to IATF IATF16949:2016
• Issue detailed nonconformity report in the form of LOP.
• Assist in resolving nonconformities. Follow up and verify effective close out.
• Evaluate the status of corrective actions, audit actions and List of Open Points.
• Assist in certification-, surveillance-, and recertification audits.
• Assist I customer audits.

• Provide training on IATF16949:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 as well as process documentation and basic core tools.

Review customer specific requirements and ensure process documentation is updated

• Review and maintain Process Control Plans and FMEA’s.
• Arrange and schedule multi-disciplinary retain sample evaluation.
• Oversee the replacement parts process and ensure replacement parts arrive within agreed timeframe.
• Conduct periodic cutting table inspection- & hide marking reviews.
