Franchise dealership in the Paarl area has a position open for a service advisor or a parts administration background within the service department of a franchise dealership

Basic R9K – R12K
Requirements:
• Previous solid working experience at one dealership for 3 years or more in the position of service advisor or service administration position
• Working experience on Automate / Kerridge.
• Valid drivers license.
• Matric / N3 / NQF Level 4 qualification minimum.
• Excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken.
• Excellent understanding of customer service and CSI scoring.
• ITC and criminal clear record required.
