AX Application Support Consultant – Bryanston

Microsoft Dynamics Ax:

• Prepare development specification documents
• Think out of the box to be able to provide alternative solutions to issues
• Hold workshops with clients to understand, document and negotiate deliverables
• Configure system
• Assist with reconciliations
• Advise client of different alternatives to resolving issues
• Daily client remote and on-site application support
• Liaising with other internal departments to resolve issue
• Document and provide training on the systems
• Work alone to evaluate, isolate and solve problems from the office or at the client
• Produce ad hoc reports for the client
• Advise on business processes
• Produce development specification documents
• Handholding after implementation of changes

 
Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent IT qualification
• Experience supporting or configuring Microsoft Dynamics Ax
• An understanding of financial transactions
• Good ability to listen and comprehend the client message
• Be presentable, professional and confident in your approach to others
• Ability to have empathy for the client, but be firm in your negotiations
• Being passionate about client service
• Leading and contributing to team success
• Ability to think out of the box

 
Salary is negotiable on experience.
