Duties and responsibilities include:
• Adhering to company and regulatory policies
• Speaking to customers on a daily basis
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Working towards monthly goals
• Teaching and training prospect candidates and managing a team of salesmen
• Generate leads
• Completing all relevant paperwork as well as being able to attract suitable referrals
• Develop long lasting relationships
• Conducting sales calls and promotion of financial products
• Explaining the various benefits of our products and services
