PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Manage all Brand Ambassadors agents as per campaign requirements in such a manner as to create a successful working relationship. Own vehicle is essential .

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Liaise with CM’s in order to ensure an effective brief has been received in due time
• Screen potential BA’s with CSM’s for training
• Identify potential gaps
• Ensuring Brand Ambassadors are booked and trained
• Ensure Brand Ambassadors attend a training in accordance to TCC standards
• Attend training session to ensure promoters are the right profile and properly trained.
• Ensure all Brand Ambassadors sign a new Brand Ambassador contract and well as the PING consent letter.
• Responsible for the issuing of elements and stock to BA’s as per campaign requirements
• Ensure that warehouse stock is sufficient
• Ensure BA database is updated in accordance to TCC standards
• Ensure feedback reports are received within due time, and are handed over to the relevant CM
• Ensure all elements/stock are returned in accordance to campaign requirements
• Consolidate and ensure all wages are completed as per debrief
• Follow up on returns and timesheets
• Follow up on unpaid wages
• Management and achievement of TCC standards

WORK SKILLS
• Drivers licence essential
• Own vehicle is essential

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 1 year in a similar working environment ideal
EDUCATION:
• Appropriate qualification (degree/diploma) ideal or 2 year operational work experience, preferable in the same type of environment
