Busy Hotel urgently seeks strong BAR MANAGER with previous 4/5 * hotel experience and recognised Diploma/Qualification in Food and Beverage Operations. Must have excellent communication and computer skills, be able to lead and organize the Bars, set and maintain standards whilst monitoring budget and gross profit, ensure company policies and procedures are upheld. Able to work under pressure, make decisions, promote a happy and stable working environment. Responsible for opening and closing stock takes, ensure hygiene and cleanliness, staff discipline, training and development, good knowledge of cocktails and current beverage trends.
