Bar / Beverage Manager

Well established Sports Club - Randburg - Johannesburg.

5 years+ management experience in the Hospitality Industry - Sports Club environment.

Ensure the bar is supporting the club as required – in terms of service to members and visitors

Generating revenue to support the day-to-day running of the club.

Manage the existing team of barmen and cleaning staff (approximately 10 full-time staff )

Strong managerial skills required.

Experience in function & event management

Club Beverage Management experience

Hard-working, hands-on and with a good sense of humour

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed, particularly when some of the busier events are taking place.

Salary R 20 000
