Minimum Requirements:
• 5-10 years’ experience in assembling and disassembling, managing and maintaining 40T capacity Jack-up Barge
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Must have experience in assembly of Barges
• Skipper Licence Advantageous
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
• Must have experience in assembling a Geotechnical Drilling Jack-up Barge
• First Aid Level 3 Certificate
• Basic Fire Fighting Certificate

Main Duties include:
• Assist with general maintenance and repairs on site
• Ensure that tools and equipment are in a safe working condition and periodically maintained
• Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety
• Offloading Barge on site
• Verify Specifications
• Assemble components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications
• Ensure that all parts are available for assembly
• Ordering of necessary parts
• Ensure that a trial assemble and disassemble is done before barge is dispatched to site
