Richardsbay / eMpangeni- Large Corporate Catering Company is seeking 2yrs & more experienced Barman,Waitrons and FSA with grade :12, must be able to speak English fluently,hard working person, to perform under the followings duties:
- Great every guest that comes into the restaurant or counter.
- Takes orders from guests and serves drinks/ food and beverages
- Processes payment.
- Cleans restaurant after before and after service
- Deal with staff in a polite and helpful manner
- Organize and communicate to the appropriate personnel any differences of opinion with other
members of staff in order to prevent conflict.
- Guests needs and requirements are acted upon as soon as possibl
- Dissatisfied guests are acknowledged immediately and attended to without delay
- Balance all floats etc... at the end of each shift.
- Other members of staff are dealt with in a polite and helpful manner at all times
- Supervisor is kept informed in an appropriate level of detail about activities, priorities and
results and information and advice on matters within allocated area of responsibility is sought from
Supervisor when necessary.
- Instructions from Supervisor are treated constructively and acted upon.
