MASSAGE and BEAUTY THERAPISTS NEEDED
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Must possess practical knowledge in the following areas; Massages, Facials, Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing and Tinting etc.
-Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
-Perform massages and treatments whilst maintaining the clients comfort at all times
-Perform all 30, 45 and 60 minute massages and body treatments
-Provide aesthetics services such as facials and nails as required
-Ensure individualised guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectations.
-Maintain a clean and neat working environment at all times, ensuring equipment is in safe working order
-Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales
-Follow departmental policies and procedures
-Follow all safety and sanitation policies and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Matric or Grade 12 equivalent
-Certification from an accredited School of Massage and Aesthetics required CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC etc
-Previous Experience as a Spa therapist essential
-All professional licenses to be current
-CPR and First Aid training Certification (advantageous)
-Proficiency in Windows, MS Office suite, Opera PMS, SpaSoft
Candidate must be extremely customer centric with strong communicative and interpersonal skills
