BI Data Analyst Developer
You will conduct research and collate data to serve as input to operational reporting and draw on your own technical or professional knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions.
Responsibilities: • Extract, consolidate and analyse data, producing reports to enable the optimal interrogation thereof to provide reliable management information • Collaborate with system representatives to clarify requirements, development and testing issues aligned to specifications • Work with the project team across functional areas and liaise with external service providers and vendors • Manage and maintain all SQL databases • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and to analyse needs in terms of reporting requirements • Build dashboard and reports in Qlikview.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma is preferable • Relevant IT/BI certification • 5 Years’ relevant experience • Knowledge of reporting and analysis • Background in Microsoft Business Intelligence services, preferably SQL Server 2008 R2 or later versions (Microsoft SQL Server Scripting, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Service (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)) • SQL Server Database Development • Excellent knowledge of MS SQL Server DB Administration • Thorough understanding and experience in application of best practices for Data Warehouse development and management • Proven knowledge of Qlikview Designer and/or Developer • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Qlikview administration • Qlikview Certification and Syspro Administration and skills will strengthen your application.
