Ideal Candidate
The BI / Data Consultant is the conduit between business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to learn quickly as they work across numerous industry verticals as well as understand business needs and translate them into solution designs. The ideal candidate will also have relevant technical experience in Master Data Management, Business Intelligence, Application Development, or Enterprise Application Implementation, with strong communication, analytic and leadership skills. Ideally the candidate will be a proven technologist and experienced consultant with the opportunity to help shape the practice.

A successful candidate will have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills in this customer facing role. A key requirement for this role is the ability to communicate with at all levels of an organization, and successfully lead our customers successfully transition skills to customers quickly and efficiently. This means verbal and written communication skills are paramount.
Job Requirements
Required
? General
o 3+ years of experience in technology
o Solid understanding of general technology concepts

o Graduate degree in business administration
o Demonstrated strong communication skills
o Ability and desire to travel
? Specializations
o Understanding of data modelling concepts
o Experience working with enterprise information systems

Desired
? Microsoft SQL MDS experience
? ETL experience (Informatica, Integration Services, etc.)
? Data warehouse experience, or experience with at least 1 multidimensional OLAP tool (Microsoft Analysis Services, Oracle - Hyperion, IBM – Cognos, Business Objects, MicroStrategy)
