Duties:
Data management • study design • sampling • analysis • reporting • presentation of statistical results.

Requirements:
HonsBSc in Statistics • a strong academic background • good communicative and interpersonal skills • proven computer skills using statistical programs such as R, SAS and STATA • the ability to work in a diverse team • sensitivity for the confidentiality and ethical issues regarding TB and HIV infection • the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision and to meet deadlines • a self-motivated disposition • the ability to work in a research environment, paying attention to quality, accuracy and completeness of analysed data • commitment and a sense of pride in work being done.

Recommendations:
Knowledge of Epidemiology • knowledge of TB • an interest in Public Health.
