MUST have a Trade Test: Boiler Maker
3 years’ experience in repairs and maintenance of Heatco’s and Supervising a small team.
Code 08 driver’s license

Skills and competencies:
Very neat operator with strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of maintaining equipment.
Good communication skills
Preventative maintenance skills
Problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
Preventative maintenance, repairs and breakdowns
Achieve Legal, BRC and SOP Compliance
Set S.M.A.R.T KPI’s and objectives
Rebuild HeatCo’s – project plans to be done stipulating materials needed and timeframes
Plan, implement staff training and review work performed on a regular basis providing guidance and feedback
