Job Description:

Bank : Load of payments, Process of transactions and reconciliation of the bank account.
Petty Cash : Process of transactions and reconciliation of the petty cash account
Credit card: Process of transactions
Lounge till cash up : Process Z-reports and invoice the lounge account. Reconciliation of the Z-report with the slips issued, cash received and card transactions.
Issue of daily and monthly invoices
Processing of supplier invoices
Capture stock purchased/sales
VAT
PAYE, UIF and SDL
Monthly salaries and wages
Keep financial records up to date and filed
Assist the auditors with year end.
Ad hoc functions (Lounge purchases, quotations, website)
Weekly reporting to Management
Assisting with quotes
Debtors/Creditors reconciliations
Financial assistance to the canteen
Pastel processing
Budget planning

Qualifications:

Minimum Grade 12
Computer literate
