Cashbook processing & recons for 4 bank accounts
Loading payments on internet banking
Processing monthly general journals including salaries, depreciation, provisions, accruals
Assisting with answering phones
Those are the major functions. Minor functions may be added.
Candidate must have a suitable qualification plus 10 year’s experience, plus experience on Syspro, and be able to work methodically, efficiently, accurately and under pressure, meeting deadlines.
