RS Recruitment Services is assisting a highly successful company in the Packaging & Printing industry, to recruit a ½ day ACCOUNTS/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to GROUP FINANCIAL DIRECTOR to be based in MOBENI, Durban.

Applicants should have/be the following:
Presentable, well spoken, good communicator – will be seated in the Executive “Wing”
PC literacy – MS Office Suite, Outlook.
Accounting/bookkeeping qualification-an advantage.
At least 5 years accounting/bookkeeping experience.
Experience with using the Pastel accounting software.
Property management experience-an advantage.
Must be willing to undergo a ‘Polygraph test’ as it is a sensitive/confidential work environment.
Self-starter who has a ‘hands on’ style of working.
Must be energetic, outgoing with a bubbly personality.
Attention to detail
This will be a half day position.

Responsibilities include:
Looking after their properties – invoice; rent; maintenance;
Daily banking
Amex distribution & payment
Monthly debtors, stock listing and letter to banks
Monthly Group figures to Directors
Circulation of other figures to management – PDF email
Rental invoices to JHB
Insurance cover on machinery, vehicles and buildings.
Creation/management and distribution of FICA packs for all Companies as requested
Tender compilation and booking of per instructions
Arrangement of document delivery/collection and signatures as and when
Deal with auditors, banking contacts and other related suppliers

Remuneration:
Negotiable, depending on experience.
Provident fund plus optional Medical Aid.
