Bookkeeper Position

Matric;
2 years Extensive Experience;
Ensure that all debts are timeously collected;
Ensure that deposits are banked via deposit books into the correct bank accounts and allocated to the correct debtors account;
Keep all Directors and Project Managers and other necessary staff informed as to the status of Debtors accounts, on a weekly basis;
Supply an age analysis on a weekly basis to the general managers;
To meet with the Managers once a week, to go through the full debtors report;
Recon the database with Pastel on a monthly basis;
Ensure that all invoices are produced correctly;
To raise invoices for services.
