Bookkeeper - Mt Edgecombe
Duties and responsibilities:
· Capture cashbooks – General, credit card, petty cash
· Bank reconciliations
· Follow up outstanding debtors
· Process purchase orders
· Payroll – load new employees onto the Payroll system; process monthly payroll; keep leave records up to date
· Capture statutory returns:
· PAYE, SDL
· Assist stores with point of sale queries
· General office administration
· Assist with budget preparation
· Diploma/Certificate /National Diploma
· At least 2 years’ working experience within a retail or similar environment.
· Advanced knowledge of an accounting system – knowledge of HansaWorld would be advantageous.
· Payroll experience advantageous
