We are recruiting for a candidate who has experience in Events/ Marketing/ Similar to lead this branch ensuring that it grows and doing an overseeing activity including operations. You need to have 5 years plus experience in a similar role (pref NGO).

Duties includes but not limited too:
• Oversee all the branch activities pertaining to Administration
• Assist with Programme work
• Co-ordinate Financial administration of branch
• Inventory management
• Management of database
• Dealing with sponsors and distribution of donations
• PA function to Treasurer
• Preparing financial reports (petty cash, supplies; sales; invoicing etc)
• Co-ordinate committee meeting
• Taking of minutes in meetings
• Co-ordinate all events
• Customer relations
