Recruitment, selection and management of sales consultants
Performance of weekly quality assurance control of new business including maintenance of minimum new business sales and retention volumes
Deliver excellent customer service by responding speedily to queries and concerns from customers
Perform daily claims receipt and process assurance control functions
Monitor and report on performance against set targets
Manage team consultants at the branch according to company rules
Develop staff – ensure that every consultant receives the prescribed training on or before the due dates
Manage all sales consultants at point of sale in accordance with sales prescript manual at least once every month and implement remedial action where necessary
Provide support and mentoring to consultants on an on-going basis and in a manner that clearly illustrates the core values and philosophy of the company and your position as leader in the organization
Ensure that customers are treated fairly by facilitating complaints locally and by following the company’s complaints resolution procedure, thereby protecting the company’s reputation
Matric
Relevant 2-year tertiary qualification in finance or commerce.
