Well established Security Solutions concern requires a Branch Technical Support in Marlboro, Johannesburg.

Requirements:

• Matric/ Grade 12 certificate

• 2 Years’ Associate’s degree or equivalent from college or technical school


• 3 Years’ related experience


• Preferably TV / VCR / circuitry repairs knowledge


• Alarm systems installation and programming knowledge is essential


• Must be computer literate


• Basic mathematical skills


• Excellent problem solving skills


• Basic business acumen


• Attention to detail


• Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Ensuring Customer Relationship Module System is updated with all client activities


• Prepare client quotations in line with company ISO procedures


• Monitor debtors together with finance department to ensure timely collection


• Prepares sales invoice and delivery note and credit notes


• Receives payment or obtains credit authorization, deposits money received into company bank account


• Solicit sales by calling new / existing clients daily


• Issuing and receiving of stock, sorts and files records


• Processes orders


• Final test of circuitry before release to Repairs Stores and / or customer


• Telephonic and on-site technical support (customers and/or sales staff)


• Conduct product training and testing of new equipment


• Carry out product uploads and downloads for clients


• All relevant administration work for above functions

Applicant must reside in Marlboro, Johannesburg or surrounding area.
