The purpose of the role is to support the brand team in effective execution of the brand plan.


Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following :

Support role to brand teams
• Support in delivering brand performance vs. target
• Drive impactful and cost effective brand campaigns
• Write and submit clear and timeous procurement briefs
• To support direct line manager with relevant and accurate analysis on brand performance and budget status
• Support brand team to grow brand equity

Implement regional brand plan elements
• Create funds planning in SAP CRM
• Manage campaign process through SAP CRM
• Manage specific brand campaigns from concept to execution (end to end)
• Provide assistance to broader team in execution of brand plans
• Provide timeous and relevant feedback to line managers ito campaign success and implementation challenges with recommended improvements

Develops internal and external relationships and networks with organisational focus to resolve brand performance issues
• Collaboratively implements the Brand plan(s) with inputs from all stakeholders and feeds back to brand team
• Quality and relevant communication, behaviour and actions resulted in a high level of credibility, trust and respect across stakeholder groups

Drive continuous improvement for improved brand performance
• Feedback relevant marketing insights and campaign learnings to drive improvement in campaign impact and effectiveness
• Drive world class implementation of new product launches and take corrective action where required

To take responsibility for own development and contribute to team effectiveness
• Commit, agreed and implement own development plan
• Consistently displays the values of the company
• Is flexible and approachable, willing to be multi-skilled

Essential requirements :

Relevant Marketing qualification
1 to 2 years relevant marketing experience
