Brand Execution Manager - Stellenbosch

To develop and effectively implement the South Africa brand plan/s using the global brand toolkit/s
Key performance areas would include but are not limited to the following :

Strategic and Financial results:

Drive the development and implementation of integrated regional brand plan(s)
Utilize consumer, customer and shopper insights to inform regional brand strategy and execution
Build a brand plan aligned to Southern Africa portfolio strategy and strategic growth objectives
Apply global brand toolkit elements and make regional adaptations where required to ensure relevant execution
Overall Brand Health targets achieved and mutually beneficial 360 Agency Performance ratings
Integrated brand execution plan delivered across brand, channel and SA region

Operational Results :

Drive execution of brand Plan(S)
Ensure business value through driving implementation of ongoing corrective action across key channels and functions for the brand(S)
Monthly performance trackers with prioritised and aligned corrective actions in place
Drive implementation of the regional brand plan across the key consumer touch p points, channels and regions
Deliver brand campaigns according to TME best practice on process and timing
Manage the different stakeholders to deliver the integrated brand plan

Customer & Relationship Results :

Develops internal and external relationships and networks with organisational focus to resolve brand performance issues
Collaboratively develops the Brand plan(S) with inputs from all stakeholders and feeds back to global brand team on relevance and impact on global brand toolkit with suggested optimisation
Quality and relevant communication, behaviour and actions resulted in a high level of credibility, trust and respect across stakeholder groups

Leadership Results :

Lead the internal and external brand teams to deliver on effective rand performance
Team to operate at desired competence in line with role profiles as agreed through competence self-assessments
Manage Performance and Career Management cycles with team to develop future fit competence

Innovation & Improvement Results :

Drive continuous improvement for improved brand performance
Provide relevant insights and requirements into innovation pipeline and approach for the brand(S)
Drive world class implementation of new product launches and take corrective action where required

Essential requirements :

Relevant 3 year Marketing qualification
A minimum of 3 years relevant marketing experience on brand execution
Understanding and experience on SA channel landscape

Demonstrates proficiency in the following Marketing competencies :

Portfolio Strategy
Brand Crafting
Championing Channels
Integrated Brand and Channel Planning
Integrated Activity Planning and Execution
