The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas: * effective implementation and monitoring of the marketing and sales strategy * effective communication with national and international agents and sales representatives * product and packaging development * co-ordination of trade promotions * budget control * sales and marketing administration * interpretation and utilisation of market research results * identification of brand-promoting opportunities * conveying a culture of excellence in business relations and communication.
