A leading provider of technology solutions is looking for a Bridging Finance Consultant for their Western Cape Area. Experience in bridging, property finance, real estate and/or conveyancing needed. Career growth and remuneration opportunities are good for the right candidate. Training given.

Minimum Requirements:

Own vehicle
Valid driver's license
Matric
Good knowledge of the property market with experience in either property finance, conveyancing, bridging or estate agencies
People skills
Presentation skills.
Sales skills and experience.
Able to work in a team and individually.
Hard-working with an expectation of good remuneration for good results

Duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

· Developing and maintaining personal relationships with sources of business leads

· Obtaining business leads from network of potential clients and references

· Obtaining leads for non-bridging part of the business from network

· Contacting leads and concluding transactions

· Identify potentially viable transactions

· Marketing of the bridging finance business

· Distributing marketing material and maintaining business presence

· Furnishing of contractual documents and giving guidance with regard to completion there

· Checking accuracy and completeness of the contractual documents

· Following up on deal progress and repayment
