We need to appoint a very Dynamic Broker Consultant, who is a real GO GETTER and a self- starter. The successful candidate must be well groomed, well presented, and well-spoken. You must have a PASSION FOR LIFE, be VERY POSITIVE AND PRO ACTIVE, and have a STRONG DRIVE!

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Recruitment, training and management of Brokers
Developing and expanding Markets

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Grade 12
A Suitable industry entry qualification with the requirements of the Financial Board
Clear ITC
Clear Criminal Record
RE5 Certificate
RE1 will be an advantage
Driver's License, own reliable transport and cell phone.

MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL
SALARY: SALARY: Basic Salary of between R15 000 to R18 000 pm, depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive incentives and overriding commission, Provident Fund and Medical Aid contribution

From years 2004 to 2007, requires 30 credits on NQF4, obtained by 31 December 2009
From years 2008 to 2009, requires 30 credits or 60 credits on NQF4, obtained by 31 December 2011 or full FAIS recognized qualification, obtained by 31 December 2013
