Education Requirements: (Any of the following will do)

Matric/Equivalent · Tertiary Certificate/Trade · 1st Diploma/Degree · Post Graduate Qualification

Experience Requirements:

1. Long Term Insurance experience
2. Preferably completed the RE5 Exam

Consultants are expected to:

Work independently, be self managed and target driven with minimal external management, providing regular sales reporting and attending sales meetings as required.

Maintain company stipulated competency requirements in terms of product knowledge and sales skills required to market the products as effectively as possible; the best possible results with the lowest possible expenses.

Maintain FAIS stipulated qualifications and credits, pass the required Regulatory Exams and maintain the Continuous Professional Development points as stipulated by the Financial Services Board.
