A large financial services group seeks a Broker Consultant to promote the Company by obtaining and retaining high quality new business from brokers within the target market and by increasing the broker base.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote the Brand
• Initiate and manage marketing drives
• Identify the needs of a portfolio of brokers and provide the necessary support
• Develop and implement marketing plans
• Continuously analyse competitor strategies
• Train brokers on products and processes
• Secure profitable, quality new business from brokers
• Prepare quotations
• Receive and check new business applications
• Arrange premium payment facilities and open new facilities
• Canvass and recruit new brokers
• Manage the broker contract application process

Key Requirements:
• Matric
• Be FAIS compliant or have the ability to be FAIS compliant
• Have at least 60 credits on NQF level 5
• At least 3 years’ experience in a sales environment in the financial services industry
• Proficient in English - ability to speak an African language will be advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
