Duties include the following, but not limited to:

Responsible for relationship between the company’s distribution and brokers
Aggressive Sales Role with queries delegated to Service Anchors, but still responsible for following up to ensure timeous resolution
Analysis of current relationship with intermediary to quantify potential
Situational analysis with every single brokerage on Active List by means of the BNA (broker needs analysis)
Define history of broker’s relationship with Resolution Health & Spectramed
Brokerage categorisation & business development focused on enhancing movement through categories
Analysis of broker’s target market, product focus and national footprint
Extensive discussion with broker regarding brokerage needs, administration processes and product needs
Package products and tailor solution for broker’s individual needs
Design business development strategy for Individual Broker going forward
Weekly communication via marketing titbits and Product “Refreshers” and benefit highlights or product development

Requirements:

RE 5
Matric/Grade 12
Marketing and Sales or Financial advisor Degree or related tertiary qualification
Min 5 years Sales experience in a Healthcare and financial services sectors.
Min 2 years Customer service experience in a Healthcare and financial services sector.
Min 5 years’ experience in a medical schemes environment.
Proven sales track record.
Other:

Willing and able to travel extensively, including overnight trips
Own reliable vehicle which maintains the desired professional company image
Highly professional, polished appearance
Convey a highly professional, positive appearance in general
Salary: R20 000 to R25 000
