POSITION SUMMARY:

This full-time position is responsible for the overall facility maintenance of an ongoing building project. The Building Maintenance & Operations Manager position has responsibility and oversight for all physical operations of the company. The position is responsible to perform a variety of skilled duties, which may include light H.V.A.C. work, swimming pool systems, industrial pumps, simple electrical repair, general maintenance and maintenance of all mechanical systems.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for maintenance oversight for all physical building operations.
Monitors and perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment at the company's 80,000 square foot facility including on-site shelter residence, office space, meeting rooms and fitness center with a 25-m indoor swimming pool.
Perform routine and specialized swimming pool monitoring and maintenance for monitoring of pool water quality test schedule.
